The check-in is done indipendently so it is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and send photos of the identity documents (front / back) of all the guests who will stay in the apartment. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay, must be paid in cash. The Jacuzzi in the court is just with COLD water.

It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. Connected to San Marco district by the bridge ''Ponte della Paglia'' it is truly a convenient area to reach Piazza San Marco on foot and visit the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale and all the other sites in around there. The flat is also located near Via Garibaldi, the only properly called ''street'' in Venice, and immersed in the greenest area of Venice, the famous Giardini. The location is strategic to visit the famous Venice Biennale, which is just a few minutes walk away.
