The location was easy to reach from Piazzale Roma and Train Station (just two bridges needed to be crossed). I was able to check in a couple of hours earlier than officially stated hour. The location is quiet, yet close enough to the main sites of Venice. The archives I worked in were less than 5 minutes of walking distance. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything one can possibly need, including air-conditioning, and the kitchen is fully-equipped as well. The apartment has a very nice courtyard too.

Excellent experience, representative from the company met us at the train station and walked us directly to the apartment (a couple hours early for check in as well). The location is fantastic, it is on a quiet little alley behind a couple of nice restaurants. Just 10-15 minutes walking distance to just about everything. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. Added bonus was the washing machine where we were able to refresh our clothes for the last half of our trip (tip, if you do wash your clothes, bear in mind there are no outdoor hanging racks, the big indoor one needs to be in front of the AC fan or something for them to get dry).
