The apartment was centrally located so within walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was clean and well equipped, although we really only used the bedrooms/bathrooms during our stay. There was a small courtyard with table and chairs, but again we did not use this facility. Davide, the host, was very helpful and friendly. He met us at the boat stop and guided us to the apartment, gave recommendations for our stay and always responded promptly when messaged. Top marks!

Location quiet and relaxing, but very accessible for boat transport (Stae < 5 mins walk,) San Marco 20 mins walk), nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Flat newly refurbished, well equipped, clean. Owners very helpful and friendly. PS recommend Osteria Mocenigo, excellent and very good value restaurant, in the road to Stae, 50m before Stae, Tables in quiet road very nice, or inside courtyard. Excellent fish lassagne, squid pasta, etc. Good cheap carafes of house wine.

  • Hello! Is that possible to check in after midnight? Our plain lands at 11.05 at Marco Polo airport. Can you also please suggest the transportation possibilities to your accommodation. Thank you in advance. Edgard and Marika.
    hi yes for us no problem you can enter by yourself with the door open code, from the airport take the bus or a taxi and come to Venice then walk about 15 minutes, thanks and good evening Davide
