Our host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating for our early arrival. She even let us store our bags in a safe spot while we waited. They quickly turned around the property for us to access it by the listed check in time. There was plenty of space for two people and I loved that there was AC in the main room and a balcony to sit. The location was great to hit many hot spots but be able to retire to a very quiet street.

the palazzo was quiet yet also perfectly located: easy to access from the airport bus stop in Piazalle Roma, close to the busy Santa Margherita square for dinners and drinks, a short walk from many attractions including the Academia museum, and also with the charm of a local Venice neighborhood. The living room is beautiful and the balcony is a charming place to enjoy the morning coffee, and the bed was very comfortable.I loved staying here — thank you to the hosts who made everything easy — and I hope to stay again!!

We loved our stay at the Palazzo Foscarini. The apartment was in a very historic building and we felt honoured to be staying there. It is in a great location in Venice, away from the main tourist areas, but within very easy access of everywhere. The area itself was wonderful. The apartment was warm and cosy and provided everything that we needed. It felt like a home from home and we loved the atmosphere. Anna was a great host. We would 100% recommend this gem of an apartment in the heart of Venice, and hope to be able to return.

The apartment was a beautiful traditional style apartment in a stunning building next to the canal, my sister and I shared the large and very comfy bed and my daughter stayed in the single bed located up a steep and slightly changeling staircase, which was fine if you have good mobility. The living room was huge with original features and felt very grand, it had a small balcony overlooking the garden. the room was beautiful. Kitchen was small but with kettle and coffee maker.

Our second visit to this apartment. Wonderful location - away from tourist crowds but close to lively piazzas, with easy access to shops - including supermarket, butcher (and greengrocer on barge on nearby canal). restaurants, bars and vaporetto stop (about an eight minute walk away and the Alilaguna service from Marco Polo Airport stops here as well). Exceptionally well furnished flat with a lovely balcony overlooking leafy gardens. The living room is the jewel in the crown of this property. Massively high ceilings and palatial dimensions! Interesting, tasteful period furnishings.

A compact and comfortable apartment in a part of Venice that has lots of charm and interest but without the crowds. Good restaurants nearby and bags of life in the square just across the canal. A super base to explore from.

For superior appartment. Nice location at 2 minutes from the campo santa Margherita and 8 from the piazzale Roma (if u arrive by bus from the airport). The host is helpfull and gave us some really nice tips for restaurants. The appartment is confortable overall.
