The Costa San Giorgio apartment is on ground floor, easily accessable through a small step from the quite street . The open space features the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed. The big window keeps the ambient ventilated during Summer. From the living room you get access to the first bedroom which features a double bed with and air conditioning and to the second bedroom, also with a double bed and air conditioning. Both bedrooms are facing the inner courtyard. The flat also features heating system, a washing machine and a bathroom with shower box. For last minute bookings for the same day, waiting times for check-in may increase up to an hour based on arrival time and internal organization. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR.
