The staff was really kind and helpful explaining everything to us for a smooth stay. The location is ok depending on what you want to do in the area. We asked for a little extra help and a really nice gentleman helped us without question. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, sweet and sour. Having a parking space was great for us.

Very kind host, let us into the room immediately after our ferry arrived at 9 in the morning, and let us store our bikes in the private backyard overnight. Breakfast was very good, with homemade cakes, and plentiful. Would recommend!

We found this town a little boring.
We found this town a little boring. Although it is a perfect starting point for a ferry trip to Donkey Island (with bikes rented in town), or for an intermediate stop on a journey, but not worth spending even one full day.

Visiting Porto Torres off season (October) is for those who wants to relax, walk on the beach or rent a bike and discover landscape. Most of the restaurant and shops were closed, bus operation was limited to one line. But still you cen enjoy the nature, sea and views from hill. I recommend visiting ancient roman bath and Porto Romano, bridge made of stone situated north west of the town.

During four stay we rented a car, so we really enjoy with house location, at Porto Torres, where you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches on the north cost of Sardinia. We had great time staying there.
