I'm not a fan of big cities and noisy hotels, but Marta Inn exceeded my expectations: it is off-street (with a private patio area in back plus a garden in front), *very* quiet, pet-friendly, and a fresh pastry is delivered every morning (to go with the yoghurt found in the in-room fridge). Shared kitchen with coffee-making capabilities. I didn't need the air conditioning, but it's there! Easy walk from Roma Termini station. Lots of great restaurants super close (shout out to Shwarma Station). Dog park a three-minute walk away. Overall great experience.

United States of AmericaMarta Inn is an exceptionally clean and comfortable inn less than a five-minute walk from the central Rome Terminee. It is in a clean, safe neighborhood with all the nice stores, supermarkets, and restaurants you need. The best area to stay in because the terminee will get you to any place you want to go near or far. Rooms in other neighborhoods can be hard to reach, as the trains and buses can run infrequently late at night and in not-as-popular neighborhoods. The price was also quite cheap for all you're getting. Having an immaculate and quiet place to sleep and shower is also most welcome during the chaos of travelling. I felt like I was in my own apartment in the center of Rome!

It offers rooms with LCD TV, tea/coffee maker and private bathroom.The Marta is a 5-minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele Metro stop on the A Line. Termini Station is one stop from here, and the Coliseum is just one stop from nearby Cavour Metro on the B Line.
