Daller Bianca is a private Villa with pool on a land of 4.000 sqm. The Villa is divided inside in 2 separate apartment, one on the ground floor with private patio and wonderful view of the lake, and one on the first floor.
Iamholiday is a holiday home rental company, which operates in the area of Lake Garda, with many years of experience in the field. The multilingual staff, supported by offices on the area, offers to owners high professionalism in the management of the holiday homes and takes care of them at 360°, from marketing, to reservations, to the supply of bed linen and cleaning, check-in and check-out and any type of help to our guests. The owner, with a private account on our website, is allowed to check his booking calendar in real time and see the financial status of the rental. To guests is guaranteed a complete assistance and help during the stay; thanks to the booking system with secure payments (credit card, Paypal, wire transfer), in few minutes you can select the desired property and receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with all necessary information for your arrival. The iamholiday team will support you by phone or email if you need tips for your stay or get help during the reservation. During your stay, the office in the city center of Desenzano del Garda will be available to guests.

The cultural delights of Verona and its airport can be reached in just 30 minutes by train from the train-station of Desenzano, as Venezia and Milano are also easy to reach by train or by car. The breathtaking holiday destination also offer a wealth of lake-based activities to enjoy, with a lake beaches, boat hire, cycling experiences, water sports, golf, rock climb, wine tasting and different day trips.

Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3 per night in a crib.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 13 per night for extra beds.
Any additional older children or adults are charged EUR 13 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
ATM card Daller Bianca accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Smoking is not allowed.

Please note that the seasonal outdoor pool is open from 01 May until 30 September.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival – that's about 227.65USD. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out as long as there's been no damage to the property.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
