Typical Sicilian dammuso from the end of the 19th century. Renovated in a modern key, it retains the vaulted roofs almost 5 meters high, very cool and airy, it is equipped with independent heating, powerful air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Furthermore, it obtains all the electricity from the solar panels, placed on the pergolas of the two terraces, qualifying it as a SUPER GREEN house with zero impact on the environment. It has two bedrooms, one double upstairs and one twin on the ground floor, as well as a sofa bed for 1 and a half square. It has two bathrooms with shower and a kitchenette. It also has two terraces, one of which is equipped with tables and chairs and a barbecue.

quiet village and at the same time full of life due to the presence of numerous bars and restaurants. once you arrive at the Dammuso, it is no longer necessary to use the car to visit the town, go to the beach or do the shopping. Since it is only 350 meters from Piazza Duomo in Terrasini and 800 meters from Magaggiari beach.
