Great host, sparkling clean room. 4 minutes walk to a frequent enough bus to Venice. Private parking. Good solution for those with a car, who wants a safe & free parking, while exploring Venice by public transportation. The bus runs until past midnight. Nice breakfast room with decent offer for breakfast and availability for coffee and tea during the while day.

The Owner is very nice, even if we didn't met her, she gave us clear instructions for checking in and how to get the bus to Venice. The Pension is also just a 20min with the bus to Venice, the Bus station is a 2minute walk.

Perfect place for a romantic weekend in Venice! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is very friendly. Private parking is available. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Venice by bus (one way ticket is 1,5 EUR per person).
