One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer all your questions about the apartment and the area. Upon your arrival, our concierge will greet you, accompany you to the apartment, and be at your disposal throughout your stay. At departure, we will be there to say goodbye and ensure that everything was perfect. The service is also available via chat for quick and personalized assistance. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM incur a supplement of E50.00. A security deposit of E200 is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 3-10 days, provided there is no damage.
