Breakfast was satisfactory. Location is good for train station and also vaporetta for airport. We prefer to stay away from the most busy crowded areas. Canareggio is still lively and we can reach all areas easily. Apartment is very spacious. If you want a view from your location this is not for you, but we prefer a quiet spacious place to stay. Very competitive price for size and location of apartment.

It's beautiful apartment and plus breakfast included. The location is very good, near with a lot of store and close to train station. The room is spacious with kitchen, TV room, private bathroom and bed room with a lot of cabinets. The staff(Viola) very attentive,she recommended us with good restaurants and even made reservations for us. We recommend this place for sure.

The apartment is a few minutes walk from the train station and is easily accessed from the street. Once inside is a cool spacious apartment with excellent facilities. We loved our stay and hope to return again one day!

The host Viola was super sweet! :) She gave us a map and very useful information about Venice (must-sees places, good restaurants, and even souvenir shops). You really felt welcomed during the check-in. The price includes breakfast what you really appreciate even though you have a really fully-equipped kitchen in your apartment. The apartment is located on the main street (but you do not hear any noise from the street) in the center and just 10 minutes to the main train station.
