We have been passionate travellers before becoming B&B keepers and most of the solutions adopted at the Dimora come from our personal experience as hotel guests.. For instance we love to have breakfast in our room sitting comfortably at our table while looking through a window the slow awakening of the city. And we enjoy coming back to our room after wandering for hours among monuments and museums and here relax savoring our favourite Nespresso coffee. But we are also web surfers and before choosing a nice restaurant we always search the net for ratings and customers’ reviews...therefore a well working WiFi connection is a “must” for us. We sincerely do our best to please our guests as there no grater satisfaction than meeting yours. Therefore at the Dimora Frattina we always try to arrange a solution for you…sometimes we succeed, sometimes we don’t, but we can guarantee that our commitment is to assist you with personal care.

Property information

Dimora Frattina is a stylish and family run guest house which mirrors our love for art and architecture. The paintings which decorate the Dimora, belonging to the art movement of Pre-Raphaelites, represents a tribute to a group of artists who lived during the Victorian age and shared a common inspiration: an outstanding love for the Roman culture. We would like to make you fall in love with Rome as those artists did. We try to enrich your stay in Rome with many hints and tips about the most important places to visit, the major seasonal cultural events and the restaurants for gourmands not to be missed, (upon on request). We have several agreements with providers of services to make you "skip the line" of the crowded mass tourism and discover other sides of the city, and live the city for some days as Romans do. Concierge services are available by booking an appointment with the owner that would be glad to share her experience and her favorite highlights lists. We know the best guides, and we can organize all sorts of private guided tours for our guests, individually or by grouping few of our guests that may share the same interests.

This area is the heart of city centre and forms a triangle with three of the most monumetal squares of Rome: Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Venezia. Here you find the Spanish Steps, the Parliament House and the Trevi Fountain. We are in the most fancy, prestigious and elegant neighborhood in town. The main reference for shopping district. Better connected towards the other areas of influence of the city. Located on a pedestrian street guarantee silence and pleasant walks.
