Very helpful host; always answered my questions quickly. Stores and two restaurants less than 3 minutes away. Bus stop 3 minutes walk. Bus 170 (iirc) takes you down to Palazzo Venezia and you can walk to a lot of sites/churches from there.

Firstly The check-in process they allowed me in the noon, secondly, there were also complimentary things like sweets and drinks and cooking stuff which impressed me I feel at home, and the apartment is perfectly located on the main street of Marconi with all the facilities.

-Very clean and spacious,facilities looked remodeled or new -Great communication from owner -apt had plenty of supplies (toiletries like lotion,conditioner,shampoo) even food and things like balsamic vinegar ,olive oil -bus stop right nearby -there was an elevator -in a safe neighborhood -it had restaurants and bakeries nearby but not in a very touristy area

Apartment is equipped with everything needed, with a grocery store, breakfast and dinner options nearby. As others already wrote, half an hour bus drive to the city center (few times we even chose to go by bus 170 in opposite direction to Marconi metro station and then by metro further on, as buses are old and can be crouded). Although we did not meet Federica in person, she was very helpful, kind and prompt in all our communication. Excellent stay in Rome!

Living in this apartment My family and I really liked. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and also on the balcony there is a dryer where things can be dried and iron. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops on the street. An excellent supermarket is located 10 m to the left of the front door. The bus stop is 100 m from the house, to reach the center of Rome in half an hour by public transport. The owner Francesca is a very punctual, cultured, helpful and friendly woman, thank you very much for your hospitality.

The apartment is fully equipped. It has everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay, and it's very cosy. The host did a great job in choosing the furniture. It's located in a building very close to the bus station and a supermarket. There .are a lot of shops, caffes and restaurants nearby

It's such a nice and well-equipped apartment! There was everything we needed. We didn't met the landlord personally, but we kept in touch. The check-in and check-out process was easy. There is a supermarket and restaurants right next to it. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment – the city centre can be reached in 30 minutes. Good internet, peaceful neighborhood. It's a good place for a longer stay. I really recommend! Hope to be back one day :)

Very clean and well-equipped apartment. All you can think of is available. Very nice and helpful landlord. Easy check-in and check-out. Bus stop to the city center 2 minutes from the apartment, the nearest metro station about 20 minutes away in walking distance. A small market on the other side of the street.

One of the best places we have stayed in in years. The flat is fully equipped with everything you can think of & very clean. The owner is the nicest person ever, very helpful! The location is a 2 min walk to a bus stop which will take you to the city centre in ~30min. There are shops and restaurants all around the place. PERFECT!
