Just a few steps from the beach, it is the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The large terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, table, and chairs, is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners while admiring the sea. The living area features a bright living room with a sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning. The modern kitchen has an island table and is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, and washing machine. The second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent modern bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet. The parking lot has a reserved parking space for maximum convenience. The apartment is not suitable for small children, and pets are not allowed. -Mandatory waste sorting – Notice: We would like to inform you that, in accordance with current municipal regulations in Sardinia, waste sorting is mandatory. It is essential to follow the instructions provided inside the accommodation regarding the correct separation of waste.
