The detached house with an organic garden dates back to the 1950s. It was built from organic building materials, which gives it a very feel-good character. In summer, the living area stays pleasantly cool. In winter, it is heated with wood in stone ovens and district heating (pellets). The large balcony offers a wonderful view The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is furnished in a vintage style. From the garden, the staircase leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor. For your well-being and in accordance with the latest organic guidelines, we have deliberately dispensed with WiFi. As an alternative, however, we are happy to provide you with a SIM card at any time. We are available to our guests at any time. The rooms The two bedrooms have natural larch wood floors. One room has a balcony facing south, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view that stretches for miles.

The bus stop in Percha is 200 m away. The nearby small town of Bruneck can be reached by train in 8 minutes. During Advent and Christmas there is the traditional "Bruneck Christmas Market". Every two years the traditional Bruneck Old Town Festival takes place, where you can experience fun and entertainment.
