Domus Cilla is a very generously sized apartment, consisting of a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gym area. From the living room you can directly access the covered veranda with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Tavolara as well as the characteristic greenery of the eastern area of ​​Sardinia. All rooms have air conditioning and the entire building has been recently renovated and insulated, ensuring mild temperatures even on the hottest days.

The apartment is located in a building with only three residential units, surrounded by greenery and in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches north of Olbia. The beaches of Bados, Mare Rocce and Pellicano are the closest and are 3 km from the house. Even though it is not in the city, there is no shortage of essential services in the surrounding area. 3 km away we find the first market, the parapharmacy, several bars and restaurants, the bakery etc. The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach Golfo Aranci and the Costa Smeralda in a few minutes without having to go through city traffic. Olbia is 8 km away and can be reached in a few minutes via the ring road. The house is located in a hilly area and from its veranda you can admire enchanting views and, for early risers, unique sunrises.
