We are frequent travelers and have stayed in numerous Hotels and appartements all over the world, and this one stands out. it was super clean, fully equipped with everything you might need, the host is very friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it is a little secluded from the main tourist attractions which gives you a nice taste of a calm local neighborhood while remaining easily accessible from all the main attractions of the city (practically everything within 20 to 35 mins range walking or by public transportation. We will definitely be looking forward to stay here again and highly recommend it above any 4 star hotel in Venice!”

“If you would like an authentic “live like a local” experience in Venice, this is the place for you! Located in the Dorsoduro neighborhood, you will be surrounded by university students and local cafes, pizza shops, bakeries and markets. The apartment is tucked back on a quiet alley, yet right around the corner from a canal. Very picturesque and charming. Domus Dea is plenty spacious with great storage and fairly well-equipped kitchen. There is excellent light, because the windows are HUGE. We loved opening and closing the shutters every day! The property was immaculate and renovated so up-to-date, while keeping the original gorgeous marble floor and Murano glass chandeliers.”

“The apartment is beautiful, it has been done really well. Angela has thought of every little detail. She has put extra little bits from toothpaste to DVDs to watch. Everything was spotlessly clean and mad up perfectly. Angela was there to greet us, explained everything and let us in early. She also let us stay a little later as she didn't have any arrivals the following day. She was available on the phone if we needed anything. There was also WiFi and some small food bits to get you started. It is located just outside the busy centre meaning that it is peaceful and quiet and doesnt take long to get to the centre by foot. “The owner took us from the busstation and guided us to the flat. Her communication was tremendous good and outstanding. She also considered very well the Covid19 protection rules, wearing a mask while introducing the flat and all functions of the equipment to us. The flat itself is as described and offers a lot of equipment you wouldn't even expect. The price is more than fair, everything is clean and cozy. You can see, that this flat has been equipped with a love for details.”
