Welcome to Domus Plinii, a historic Boutique Resort erected in 1792 that offers 11 Suites from 40 to 100 sqm. Domus Plinii boasts a lakefront location in the picturesque village of Faggeto Lario and is surrounded by centuries-old trees, rose bushes and seasonal flowers in a park that is over 1,000 sqm.
The swimming pool overlooking the lake dominates the boutique resort and is sunny until sunset. The private beach, two steps from the Suites, is only accessible to Domus guests.
The aesthetic, freely inspired by the 60s, serves as the silver thread to all Suites, which were completely renovated in 2018 by a team of Lombard architects.
The walls stand out for the intense and mellow colors combined with wallpaper ton-sur-ton or in sharp contrast; the most significant furnishing elements like sideboards, tables, bookcases, chairs, are strictly Vintage and attributed to famous artists of the caliber of Ico Parisi and Giò Ponti. All the pieces are unique, the result of devoted and passionate research.
Domus Plinii is located in a strategic spot between Como and Bellagio with the possibility to take advantage of water transfers directly in front of the Resort.

Faggeto Lario is a village located in a bay of Lake Como, characterized by unspoiled nature and wonderful villas surrounding it. Composed of three little districts, Riva, Molina, and Palanzo, the village develops from the lake to the beechwood up to an altitude of 1,436 meters.
Domus Plinii, which is part of Riva, directly faces the lake and enjoys sun exposure from early morning until sunset. The village of Riva is in a strategic position to cruise the lake, privately or with public navigation that moors at 4 minutes walk from Domus Plinii.
During the summer season, public navigation covers all the Villages of Lake Como, constituting the preferred way to visit the lake. Small markets are a 5 minutes drive from Faggeto Lario, such as pharmacies and other services. From Domus Plinii you can reach the best restaurants scattered on the lake directly by boat, with a few minutes of navigation. Domus Plinii also includes the Water Experience Center, a partner for all water activities: Jet Ski, SUP, Kayak, Wakeboard, Waterski and Wakesurf rentals.
