The instalations are incredible, super comfy and above everything the hotel is super clean. It's really easy to access, just a few blocks from the train station which was great for us as it was our way of transportation. There's an elevator, we found several places across Italy that do not have one so this is a huge plus if you carry big luggage. The staff was great, always responding to all my concerns via the booking chat option. And when we finally arrived to the hotel we got to met Margherita, best hotel staff member we met during hour whole trip. Btw she speaks english among other languages which is amazing if you only grasp a few Italian words like myself. Thanks for everything! Martin and Natalia.
