L'alloggio si trova nel centro di Pescara, zona locali serali, tuttavia la sera il "rumore" era più che accettabile. Arredamento molto particolare e bello, non manca nulla di tutto quello che servirebbe anche per un soggiorno un po' più lungo (pentole, piatti, frigo gigante). Molto comodo raggiungere la spiaggia sia libera, sia attrezzata e il lungo mare.
