We were at winter time. Host is very friendly and kind woman, didn't speak english well, but still try to comunicate as much as possible (her son speaks english a little bit better, but we also comunicate through translator or just spoke in english and she understood). We had great breakfast, beds are realy comfortable, pretty big rooms. Rooms were always clean and ready when we come back.There are free wifi, working warm/ac control system. Parking is in private yard with closed gates.
We were with our dog, there were also no problem.

The host is a cheerfull lady who loves to look after you! The breakfast was abundantly sweet with delicious croissants and homemade cake, yet we would have been happy with some cheese.
I loved the little forest very close by in which the dog could have a good run.
We went to the Ducale palace which was amazing! Highly recommend.
It is a quite place 15 min distance from Mantua. Enough free parking place. Next to the Hotel there is a restaurant. But little bit high priced.
The hotel is very cheap, clean and comfortable. the owner is very nice. sweets and mueslis for breakfast. thanks for the nice stay.
