The hotel is in a special location since it is next to a underrated historical gate monument. İt takes 10 minutes to walk to berberini station, in case you need to go central termini it is very easy by taking a bus just from next street and arrive in 5-6 minutes. The freebreakfast is good enough, personel are always smiley and helpful.

Had an excellent stay at Ercoli house - the house was perfect for sightseeing with quick and easy access to multiple bus and train stops within 10mins walk at most. Very convenient comfort sightseeing all over Rome as well as for transport to the airport. The house was very clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The owners were very good at communicating and even included breakfast for free during my stay, catering to my dietary (Gluten free) requirements, without any further charges. Can’t recommend enough if staying in Rome for a few days!
