Essential offers you an experience in a typical apulian house with terrace and sea view in the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare. It is located in a small street in Piazza San Benedetto, within walking distance of all the restaurants, bars and events. The house is on 4 levels and has an area equipped with microwave oven, fridge, washing machine and coffee maker, bathroom, living room, bedroom with toilet, an area with an additional single bed and a terrace overlooking the sea. For the convenience of our guests, the terrace is equipped with an additional refrigerator. Due to the typical stairs of these houses, we do not recommend it for children under 14 and people with mobility problems.

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Polignano a mare, the most beautiful and characteristic part. Once you leave the house you will find all the balconies and the most beautiful views of the sea that Polignano has, the two most famous squares full of life and history and last but not least the famous Lama Monachile, the postcard of Polignano a mare.
