The night receptionist was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good as well.
MexicoThe receptionist when checking in was very friendly. Our room was nice, the beds were big and the mattresses were very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. A very special thank you for making my wife's birthday even better: you sent a wonderful dessert to our room, wishing her a happy birthday made with separate letters made from cookies, including her name. And you added very tasty chocolate to this beautiful dessert! We very highly recommend this excellent hotel!

There is But 50 and 105 Stop just in front of the hotel, which takes the guests directly to Roma Termini railway station; there are also many other bus, slow train/ tram stops within 5 minute walking distance 2). Luggage storage service after check-out is so great. We left our heavy luggage there after check-out, and then went back to take them after travelling a few days in other places. The staff (different people) had been so nice during the whole process, no matter it's free service or takes service fee; 3) Water temperature is easy to adjust and with plenty of water amount when take shower; 4) water drainage goes well so that no water accumulate under the feet when showering, which is not so common in other Italian hotels
