Very good and spacious room with enjoyable bathroom. Great view at the lake. I was positively surprised and enjoyed my stay. Especially loved the full hotel breakfast and not just coffee. If I come back to Lake Como, will enjoy staying at this hotel again.

Located near the ferry wharf the room has a spectacular view of the lake. Lots and lots of souvenir shops, clothing shops, jewelry shops and restaurants. A few minute walk distance there is the Melzi Villa, well worth a visit. A simple ferry ride or a more involved lake tour is just there. OR you can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the view.

Loved the location with it being so close to the ferry, easy to explore the rest of Lake Como from there. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We stayed in Room 51, the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was an added bonus with the weather as well

Hotel Excelsior Splendide is an Art Nouveau building of 1907. It is set on Bellagio's lakeside promenade, right in front of Lake Como and a short walk from the ferry harbour.

The Excelsior Splendide offers a big hall, a well-decorated dining room, and a small outdoor swimming pool. The hotel's lakeside café with terrace is on the beach just across the road.
