The location. It really is a super spot, really amazing views from every side. The pool was also lovely. Also the apartment we had was super clean...and if my wife said that, then it must be...plus we had everything in the apartment that we could have wanted for a short stay and to be able to cook. Highly commended.

Our visit was fantastic. The setting is just breathtaking. Room was very spacious (2 couples travelling together). Both bathrooms large, bed comfy and lots of storage space. SUPER clean, we stayed 3 weeks. Clean towels were provided twice a week, bed linens changed weekly. All the staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. We chose to make our own breakfasts - shopping is close by. We did have breakfast on the first day we arrived - a small extra charge - very lovely and delicious. Train station is about a 15 min drive, from there you can take the train to almost anywhere you might want to go. If you want a quiet spot - no nightlife - this is perfect. Restaurants in town were about a 10 min drive away. MANY great choices. Wifi worked well, no issues at all. Thanks Sandra and ALL the staff from all of us.

This place is like a dream, like a Tuscany dream. Very comfy, cozy apartments. Stunning View on Tuscany landscapes. Amazing Wine tour (highly recommended for any price) and wine too (“Baracca 1903” especially, care it at home to very special moment). Very quiet place - sometimes by the pool we felt like the only guests :) San Gimignano 10min away from Fattoria by car. Very nice and autentic restaurant within walking distance (Agriturismo Il Rustico) (on the way back we met a wild boar :D). The atmosphere of the stay was wonderful, thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, we really enjoyed our stay here. Sandra and Lorenzo, you and your fattoria is forever in our hearts. I Hope we come back again one day <3

We had a fabulous stay at Fattoria di Pancole. Gorgeous location in the Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Ample parking for cars. Our accommodation was decorated in typical Tuscan fashion. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedroom was large with a view of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. We had a lovely table and chairs outside with another beautiful view. We used the pool which was spotless and overlooked their vineyard and olive trees. We did a tour of their vineyard and also a wine tasting which was accompanied by traditional and local Tuscan food. There is the option to buy bottles of their excellent wine. We were given great recommendations of places to eat in San Gimignano. We would love to have stayed longer!

Our host Sandra and her son Lorenzo went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even arranging to pick us up from the train station when our transportation plan fell through. We stayed at Fattoria di Pancole for 6 nights and it was amazing! Sandra was really kind and helpful and the scenery is beautiful. I recommend doing the wine tasting as it is a great way to get to know Fattoria di Pancole's wine and Sandra tells you a lot of nice facts about the wine. We stayed at il Nibbio which has its own terrace which is highly recommendable. The view from the terrace is astonishing and because of the time of our stay (in September) we were almost a part of the wine-making process. Our holiday was amazing thanks to Fattoria di Pancole :).
