An excellent location for our Tuscany part of the holidays. Very close to a lot of places to visit (Volterra, Montecatini or S. Gimignano). Also equally close to Firenze, Pisa and Siena. If you're inclined for less visit, the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day. The owner is very helpful and kind.

Set in the Pomarance’s countryside and offering a summer pool, Fattoria di Statiano is a working farmhouse growing its own vegetables, fruit and olive oil. It includes a restaurant and rustic rooms and apartments.
Producing Montecastelli and Sangiovese wines, the property organizes wine tasting sessions and visits to the vineyards.
The Fattoria di Statiano is located in the northernmost part of the Maremma region. It is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where you might be able to spot wild boars, porcupines and hawks.

Statiano ha una posizione particolarmente strategica: tutti i luoghi di interesse in Toscana sono raggiungibili in un massimo di 2 ore. Volterra, la costa, e l'autostrada in solo mezz'ora.
Il paesaggio di colline morbide rende il soggiorno nel periodo primaverile particolarmente interessante: infatti a fine maggio e giugno le colline si tingono di gialli e rossi meravigliosi. In Giugno inoltre, è gia possibile fare il bagno in mare.
Inoltre Statiano è proprio ai piedi della riserva naturale di Monterufoli dove tutta la primavera vengono organizzati trekking con guide esperte, ideali per le famiglie.
