Newly built apartment located just 3 km from the Fiera Milano Rho-Pero, quickly reachable by car, train and subway. The new Up Town residential complex is one bus stop from the subway which takes you to the historic center in just 20 minutes. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that will allow a quiet and relaxing stay in the splendid setting of the Cascina Merlata park. Free parking is available outside.
the new Cascina Merlata district was born from the 2015 Expo. It is well connected and the bus line 35, which stops under the building, arrives in 6 stops (5 minutes) to the Metro from which it can be reached in just 2 stop at the Fiera di Milano-Rho and in just 20/25 minutes the city center and all the most important destinations. The Meazza / San Siro stadium is just 10 minutes away by car.
