The staff members are in general very kind. The lady with whom I did the check in is likewise helpful, friendly and graceful. The gentleman who dealt with my check out is also kind and helpful. Just two of the waitresses working at the restaurant at dinner time were somewhat aloof; the youngest one was even unpleasant. At any rate, the employee who is endowed with the best qualities in that hotel is Imola, the lady working at the restaurant at breakfast time. Apart from her kindness and good manners, she is the epitome of the elegance. The bed was comfortable. It'd have been better if the mattress had been a bit tougher. The breakfast was good and varied. I missed anyway the dried dates and plumps.

Nicely situated hotel in the residential area of Meran at about 20 min walk of the centre. A close by bus will also bring you there. The rooms are practically furnished, from the terrace one enjoys a nice view to the city and surrounding mountains. The area is absolutely calm and one can enjoy a good sleep. Parking is free and easy in the hotel’s garage. The personel is welcoming. You will get at the reception a ‘Meran Card’ which offers you free entry to many museums in the whole of southern Tyrol.

I liked that it was in a quite area, surrounded by great views. We had a balcony and we had amazing views of the mountains. The staff was very friendly; the room was very clean and smelling great; the WiFi worked pretty well. It also gave us bus transportation passes that allowed us go and use all the buses to the city.

Es war einfach super ein tolles Hotel mega sauber . Tolles Personal besonders die Dame im Frühstücks Raum war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Es gab eine Tiefgarage die kostenlos für unser Auto und auch für unsere Fahrräder war. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch sehr schön und sauber .

Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und man ist aber dennoch zu Fuss in einer viertel Stunde im Zentrum. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Service und das Frühstück haben uns überzeugt.

L'hotel è in una posizione residenziale, molto tranquilla, con una splendida vista. Le camere sono grandi, calde, pulite e fornite con l'essenziale, in più ognuna ha un balcone spazioso per godere del panorama in estate. La colazione nella sala comune ben organizzata e varia. Ho apprezzato molto il parcheggio interrato. L'accoglienza super esplicativa e la gentilezza del personale alla reception è stata grandiosa!
