Chiara is a nice person and makes you feel at home. The apartment is in a central area and accessible to different means of transport. It is steps from the Vatican. Clean and comfortable place.

Armeniait was conveniently located near the Vatican & near the metro stop. The neighborhood was nice. The building was very secure. The owner was very accommodating & willing to give us recommendations for restaurants & to tell us the best ways to travel around the city. I needed a ride to the airport at the end of my stay & Chiara arranged for a car to pick me up. Everything was always very clean & there were extra amenities like things to eat for breakfast. I think if you’re looking for a nice place to stay that’s reasonably priced, this is a good option.

United States of AmericaBeautiful, tasteful, very clean room with gorgeous light and airy feel. We appreciated the peace, calm, and beauty of Folia. You can just relax and breathe easy here. The bed is firm and very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The AC is quiet but powerful (very important for summertime in Rome!) The location was excellent for the Vatican (five minutes away on foot) and we enjoyed scenic walks to other locations across Rome. Chiara, the proprietor, was very kind and helpful to us — true hospitality.
United KingdomThe Manager spent 90 minutes chatting with us about Rome and places we should go and the ‘how to’. she was so genuine and helpful. The apartment was completely eco-friendly, clean and so comfortable. I’ve stayed in 30 or 40 B&Bs like this and this was by far my favorite.

- On the pictures the bathroom is attached to the room, but booking says there is an external bathroom. Is the private bathroom directly attached to the room?Hello and thanks for your kind answer. We have only 3 rooms in total. Two rooms have the en-suite bathroom and only one has the private external bathroom.
