Landlady Marisa is a very lovely person. She gave us all necessary information which were for affordable parking place, how to reach to meeting point etc. Marisa is a very sensitive lady who bought us coffee and milk for our daughters😊 Apartment location is great. Very close to all important squares. If you have your coffee at the front balcony, you see all gondolas passing through. If we come again to the Venice we ‘ll definitely stay again at this place. We will recommend to all our friends too. Thanks again Marisa😍

The host, Marisa, kindly met us at the vaporetto stop and guided us to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, with everything you would need. The view is wonderful and it was enjoyable sitting by the windows watching the gondolas pass, even though the operators were not always enthusiastic. It was still lovely to watch. Staying here makes it feel like you are living an authentic Venetian life. The apartment is well located for groceries, lunches and gelato. Walking to St Mark's Square takes only a few minutes, as does it to the Rialto Bridge.

Very central, with 5 min to the Rialto bridge and to San Marco, but at the same time very quiet (even though there was some party in the canal one night, but that was ok). Nice view of the canal from the balcony. We had a good communication with Marisa and see was flexible about departure time. The apartment has AC.

The location is amazing - at the intersection of three canals, with a balcony overlooking the gondolas going by. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. The location is also very central, within walking distance of all the main sights. I travelled with my parents, who were thrilled to stay in such a scenic and beautiful apartment.

The apartment was the best! Marisa was very helpful with directions and was there to meet us when we texted her, she showed us to the apartment and explained everything. We had a gorgeous view, we couldn't get enough of it, also there is a small balcony to admire it from. The place is huge with two bathrooms and the kitchen and the bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. We visited in the winter and was worried about the heating but it worked great as well. The location could not be better either, the apartment is in a romantic garden off a quiet square but it is only a few minutes to walk to Rialto or St.Marc's square. Thank you for the lovely stay!
