The hotel's main restaurant, Il Palagio, uses local produce to create the finest Tuscan dishes. There is a seasonal restaurant, Al Fresco pizzeria. With such a central location, you are 15 minutes' walk from Florence Cathedral and the art galleries, the Uffizi and Accademia.
