Marco is an attentive, sociable and helpful host, giving advice before and during the stay, but working full-time he can hardly welcome the guest personally as he would like. Fascinated by automation and technology he has thought of an efficient self check-in and self check-out, however there will be no lack of communication and ad Hoc guidelines!

This recently renovated flat is located in a wonderful and quiet complex, only 5 minutes from the centre of Porto Cervo and only 300 metres from the beautiful beach of Liscia di Vacca, which can be easily reached on foot. The house is composed of cosy and bright, elegantly furnished spaces and can accommodate up to 4 people. It also has a swimming pool and free parking, in short, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The house is located on the spectacular stretch of coastline known as the 'Costa Smeralda'; a place that conjures up classic images of Sardinia, made up of pearly sandy beaches and windswept cliffs stretching out into the emerald green sea.
