A 10-minute drive (less than 5 Km) from the railway station, the Fair and the Airport. A 2 minutes from Villa Erbosa (1km - 10 min walk) and 800 meters from the bypass. Served by bus line (across the street), or taxi, with a large park for children and adults in the neighborhood, restaurants, markets, bars, ice cream shops, self-service, post office and bank. quiet and residential area. Quiet and residential area. with big garden and a pond in the neighborhood for adults and children, restaurants, markets, bars, ice cream shops, self-service, post office and bank. An ideal place for vacation, business or pleasure. We wait :-)
