  • Hope to arrive via MXP Airport. How do we get to the hotel at 8pm
    Shuttle to the central station. Then you have 2 solutions, the first is to take a taxi or public transport (it consists of taking the yellow metro line up to cross and then tram 24).

  • I booked your hotel 2 times and it’s showing no prepayment needed , then why you guys are trying to charge me for my credit card .
    To be considered confirmed, the reservation must insert a valid and enabled credit card. In this case it is not a payment, but the amount is pre-authorized and then automatically returned to the customer's current account.
