“Do not be fooled looking at the location and think it is away from the city center. You are strategically located to the pedestrian bridge to walk to San Marco. 10 minutes to San Marco or Rialto bridge. 5 minutes to the water bus station. The apartment is above expectations and offers a terrace with full grand canale view. This is a unique down town view. The key manager Ernst introduced us to the property and gave us good tips on Venice. He spent nearly an hour on us. Thank you Ernst!!!! If I could give 11* instead of 10 I would do.”

“Alles!!!!!! Es ist wie auf den Bildern. Das Deck über dem Canal Grande ist der Hit. Aber auch der sonnige Garten ist toll. Es ist ruhig, wenn man die Fenster schließt. Bäder, Küche inklusive Ausstattung und Bett: alles gut. Dinge wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Spülmaschinentabs usw. sind da. Man kann gut selbst kochen. Lage: Der Blick ist natürlich ein Traum. Und Accademia und Zattere sind nah, man ist also schnell mit dem Vaporetto überall. Gute Restaurants und Bars sehr nah. Super!”“0”
