Property info

Giglio Home is a brand new apartment, just renovated, located a few minutes walk from the historic center of Palermo. The apartment, located in a quiet residential area, is composed of a living area with table and kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, large bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the living area and the bedroom, free unlimited Wi-Fi internet and a washing machine.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and the historic center of Palermo. In the area there are many commercial activities (supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, etc...). The apartment is also easily reachable via public transport that connects the city with Palermo airport (a short distance away there is the Train Station "Lolli" with which it is possible to reach both Palermo airport and the beautiful city of Cefalù). For those arriving by car, there is a 24-hour guarded private car park in the area (for a fee).
