The location and hotel itself are absolutely stunning. It is one of the more expensive hotels in the region but it so worth the money. The views from the garden rooms are just as good as the lake views and the staff offered excellent, friendly service. The spa is simply incredible, easily the best spa facilities I have experienced.

There are no words for this hotel. 11/10!!! We were having a private wedding ceremony at Villa Balbianello and stayed a few nights in this lovely contemporary hotel with a classical touch. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. All the facilities were truly 5*! Room was fantastic, Spa, the best that we had seen in whole Italy, it even had a proper Finnish Sauna. Gym very good with modern equipment. We just cannot praise enough this place and the experience we had. Grazie Mille Cinzia + all, you truly made our occasion memorable! If you want to visit Como and are looking for a nice and luxury place to stay, look no further, this is the gem of the Como, truly👌!
