The apartment is perfect for seeing the sites of Venice. The absolute to open the window and watch gondolas float by was incredible. My daughters got so much joy out of saying “Ciao” to everyone. The directions from the water taxi port to the apartment were spot on!

Quaint apartment in central location. Apartment was adequately furnished and clean. Waking distance to majority of sights. The check in process was easy and communication with property manager was also prompt. Waking up and enjoying the view of a small canal or people watching from the window that overlooks a Restaraunt with busy foot traffic was an added bonus. All in all a good place to stay. Perfect size for a family with young children.

The location of the apartment was fantastic and and an easy walk to all of the major Venice attractions. I loved the keyless entry which made check in a breeze. Watching the gondolas out the windows was so much fun for my kids each morning.

All properties are located in the historic center of Venice. The properties have been recently renovated and the continuous maintenance of our staff allows us to guarantee our customers well-kept and comfortable accommodation. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, welcome kit made of Shampoo / Shower - Soap. For any need the Staff will be at your disposal from the moment of booking and for the entire stay.
