The apartment is located on the first floor in a building surrounded by nature, facing the forest and with a total of 4 apartments. Leaving your house you can already follow trekking paths that will take you up to 1450m above sea level. Spacious, equipped with a kitchen equipped with a large fridge, a living room with a sofa, a pallet fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and two balconies. The large garden is fenced and has tables and barbecues and a hammock, from May, for children, swings and a trampoline available. Parking space in private garage plus an outdoor parking space WIFI with ADSL line Pets are accepted, maximum 1 pet but ONLY small size
Bossico is a sunny plateau at an altitude of 900 m. with a very pleasant climate even in winter thanks to its southern exposure and with wonderful views and panoramas. On the plateau there are 50 km of paths, excellent for trekking and a true paradise for mtb and e-bikes, there is also a Nordic Walking park certified by the Italian school of NoRdic Walking. Information on the municipality of Bossico and gpx tracks of the bike and Nordic walking routes can be consulted on bossico. com In the pine forest there are public areas equipped for picnics or outdoor grills and in the village there is a public playground which enjoys a spectacular panoramic view In the center of the village of Bossico there are food markets, a pharmacy, restaurants, a newsstand and all basic necessities. At 150m from the apartment there is a pizza restaurant and a farmhouse as well as other restaurants and pizzerias in the town. To reach the town from the valley, it is necessary to travel 6.5 km of road, sometimes with a panoramic view; once you reach your destination, the view sweeps over the lake, the surrounding valleys and mountains.
