It was an incredible experience. The charm and beautiful location of the hotel provided a gorgeous view of Bellagio. The hotel itself was very tidy, clean and cozy. It felt like a family-owned establishment, with the staff being extremely friendly. The presence of a pizzeria on the ground floor was a delightful addition, it's Italy! Amazing location also offers easy access to the ferryboat, making it convenient to explore, the surrounding areas such as Menaggio. This makes it the perfect for those looking to enjoy the tranquility of Griante while still having access to all the Lake Como small cities. I loved being able to easily hop on a ferry and visit neighboring towns and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a memorable stay at Como lake.

The location of the house was ideal in all aspects and it was a perfect getaway for family/friends. The facilities were top notch with a very responsive host. We felt home for the duration of our stay here and had to leave this place with a heavy heart :) If you are looking for a spacious place right in front of the lake ( with a view of Bellagio) for your group along with space for your pet and car, please do not miss this one :)

It’s a standard hotel with amazing view on a lake! Looks like it’s fresh after renovation, all was clean and nice! Very welcome personel! Nice restaurant near hotel! So it’s a good option to stay here.

The hotel has amazing lake view, especially the restaurant where we had breakfast and aperitivo. A big advantage is a private parking, which is hard to find in the most places on the lake. The center is only 10min walk downhill, so it’s very peaceful in the night. Our room was on the second floor (there is an elevator), very clean, modern, with a huge window overlooking the surroundings and lake. The staff, both on the reception and in the restaurant, are so kind! The breakfast was really delicious and various, from salty to sweet.

The Hotel is located on the top of the hill facing the lake 3 km from town centre.

The apartment was nice and decent but it is but further from the ferry and the hotel has very few staff. Taxi ride one way coat €20 one way. The hotel restraunt was alright and the roo..heating was also not the best but overall it was not bad
