the view is the best part and from both windows is picturesque and just like you think Venice would look, great location 5 min walk from train station so easy to move luggage, the farthest site of st marks basicalla is about 15-20 min walk but many shops to look at, air conditioner works great, very clean and host met us to check in, she was informative

Great location right on Guglie canal so always something to see. we loved watched Venice come to life each morning and sometimes never sleep. Bright and airy and a very large unit for Venice. No bridges to cross on the walk from the train station which is a real plus in Venice. Well equipped with washer, dryer and good kitchen. close to good restaurants and you can walk most places or the vaporetto stop is 50 metres away

The location was perfect. Water taxi stop (Guglie) was a 5 minute walk from apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Our host Anna was amazing. Met us and reviewed all we needed to know about the apartment, restaurant recommendations, etc. Great views (canal) from the any of the windows. Apartment was also very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento al secondo piano sito ai piedi del Ponte delle Guglie, gode di una spettacolare vista lungo il Canale di Cannaregio e Rio Terrà San Leonardo. Arredato con cura, valorizza elementi specifici della tradizione veneziana attraverso il recupero di travi affrescate e lampadari in vetro di Murano. La vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate dei vaporetti rendono questo appartamento molto comodo sia per gli arrivi sia per la visita della città.
ciao, sono Anna, sono nata a Venezia e qui vivo con la mia famiglia. Sono laureata in Economia e Commercio e lavoro in un Istituto di credito . ho una grande passione per la danza ed in particolare per il tango argentino, passione che condivido con mio marito da ormai più di 10 anni. Venezia è una città unica al mondo, una vera perla che emerge dal mare e spero che il mio appartamento possa aiutarvi ad immergervi nella sua affascinante storia e romantica atmosfera.
l'appartamento è molto vicino al ghetto ebraico, una destinazione di grande interesse tra i visitatori più attenti alla storia della città. È a 10 minuti a piedi dal Casinò.
