Working with guests from all over the World and telling the stories of our Villa, is an opportunity for growth and an important testimony to what we have been. A historic Villa that has hosted the greatest figures in the History of Italy, France, Germany and England. The Villa was the vacation home of the well-known Italian singer Fabrizio De Andrè, who as a young man spent his vacations in this wonderful area of Sardinia. SouthSardiniaHolidays, was founded as a company to manage the properties of the owner, Aldo. The story is very particular because the first clients, in love with the area, decided to buy houses in the area, with the request that they be managed by the owner himself. Thus was born a Property Management company, one of the first in Sardinia, currently coordinating 25 structures in South Sardinia. The company's mission, however, is to maintain the characteristics of a small family company, where hospitality, warmth and availability are 100 per cent guaranteed. Only the best facilities with certain characteristics can be part of our group.
