Hotel staff was great and full of enthusiasm, all young guys, giving the best of them to make all guests happy. I suggest , when making a reservation , in case of need, to request a room with bidet, because not all of them have one. Manager Stefan ,was always available to any request we asked .
ItalyStrangely old fashioned decor but can’t complain as it was immaculately clean! Friendly staff who recommended hikes - several available from the hotel directly and easy access to the bus to start others. Included dinner really tasty local food and recommend.
SwitzerlandPerfect location, we had a room with the view at the mountains. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, various things to choose from. Pet friendly. Staff very helpful. Extraordinary dinner included 4 courses which we highly recommend.
