Great location, very very close to Loreto metro station, which gave us access to great part of the city and also close to Milan central station. Good sized rooms, awesome pillows, great staff. It was the right place to stay.

I was traveling for work so I had 3 suitcases. When I did the booking, I didn't notice there is no lift. So I got stressed and disappointed when I realized I needed to take my suitcases to the second (or third floor, not sure). Thank God the receptionist helped me. But at the check out there was nobody to help me. Apart from this, which is significant for people with heavy luggages or people with limited mobility, the hotel is nice, small rooms but renovated and clean. The location was also good. Next time I'll visit Milan, I would probably stay there again.
