The location was close to the train station and the colosseum. The hotel was wonderful, and breakfast was terrific every day. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We just had 3 people in our room, and it was tight with 3 twin beds. I think a double and a twin may have been better or a more spacious room. We could not move much in our room except to sleep.

we had booked site seeing tours almost every day which we had to leave before breakfast was served. The staff was aware of this and made accommodations for us to eat every time before their usual opening of breakfast room. My family and I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. Plus the rooftop bar was a nice way to end each day!

I love Hotel Colleseum. Beautiful foyer. Classy Rooms and an amazing roof top terrace and bar. You can bring your own drinks to the terrace when the bar is closed and as a bonus they have a golf putter up there. How fun. A great place to be with the family after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The entire place was sparkling clean. It has an elevator lift which is great for luggage, but the marble staircase was too beautiful not to climb. Ask for an upper floor room. The views are amazing. We were given a complimentary upgrade to room 74 which has a huge outdoor patio with great views. The staff took care of us and called a driver to take us to the airport. If you love churches, this one is walking distance to some of the most beautiful churches. Great restaurants nearby.
