United States of AmericaFriendly, family run hotel in an excellent central location 5 minutes from the central rail station and walking distance ( 1-2km ) to many of Rome's great attractions . Lots of affordable eating places nearby and some more upmarket restaurants at the nearby opera. Great buffet breakfast and gluten free food . Free wifi worked well . Very helpful staff who gave useful advice on transport options etc . Spacious room and very comfortable bed . Handy local supermarket next door .

United States of AmericaWe had a private patio outside the room, which was lovely to have in the morning with a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. It was also not a busy hotel which was nice.

United States of AmericaI wasn't expecting much for the price, or from a Best Western in general (in the US, I don't find them to be great). But the staff were excellent, extremely helpful, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. If you're in a place like Rome, you shouldn't be spending much time in your hotel anyway -- you should want something well-located, comfortable and affordable so that you can see the city; Hotel Raffeallo is totally all of these things.

- is the Romae Termini Station where the train from Flumicino Airport arrives? Is there also an airport shuttle to your hotel?We do not have a shuttle from hotel to Airport but we are able to book a private car.
