Room was comfortable enough, the mattress was great and breakfast also met our expectations. Location is perfect - a couple of minutes walk from Termini train station and within walking distance to most of the famous sights. Many restaurants nearby. The manager is really nice and helpful.

The location and owner/manager is excellent. The hotel is extremely clean and could not be better located, very near to Termini Train Station and thus very easy connections throughout the city and region. Very good for people who wish to move about the city and / or region during their stay, as I did. There are also many stores / buses / subway /tram lines nearby that are very helpful to travelers / visitors.
