The staff was really nice, specially Alesandra who was extremely welcoming and helpful. we got upgraded the next day to a much bigger room with a balcony. The hotel is located in a very good location.

this hotel was centrally located a two minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. room was small but comfortable and perfectly adequate for a city break.
